As unusual as it might be, Oradea has a consulate inside the walls of its fortress – the Slovakian Consulate. It’s unusual because the Slovaks are not a main minority in Romania. Below are some images of the entrance.

Apparently, there is also a cultural center at the same address and you can see the Slovakian flag.

What is also interesting is that the building is shared with the Italian community of Oradea and Bihor, as it can be seen from the notices written on the entrance door in Italian and from the Italian flag next to the Slovakian one outside.
