Just a short notice to tell you that I made available the five Romanian language brochures dealing with the most common psychological issues – anxiety, depression, alcoholism, loneliness and stress. They are available for download and feel free to send/share/give them to anyone who might need them.
Also for the Romanian language readers, I started reposting my InfoPsy articles about psychiatric disorders and psychiatry in general, on my Romanian language blog on Substack (also here on Vivaldi); feel free to read/share them if you find them valuable.
I believe one important aspect of our life is being in the service of others. I stand by these words.
Doar o scurtă notificare pentru a vă spune că am pus la dispoziție cele cinci broșuri în limba română care tratează cele mai frecvente probleme psihologice – anxietatea, depresia, alcoolismul, singurătatea și stresul. Sunt disponibile pentru descărcare gratuită și nu ezitați să le trimiteți/partajați/dați oricui ar putea avea nevoie de ele.
Tot pentru cititorii de limba română, am început să postez articolele mele InfoPsy despre tulburări psihiatrice și psihiatrie în general, pe blogul meu în limba română de pe Substack; nu ezitați să le citiți/împărtășiți dacă le găsiți valoroase.
Cred că un aspect important al vieții noastre este să fim în slujba altora. Cred si susțin aceste cuvinte.
